Happy National Coffee day!

Okay, but isn’t everyday coffee day? I mean, who amongst us can survive without some sort of caffeine. Spoiler alert here, I’m not one of those people!

I absolutely love coffee. Period.

I mean, if you were to run into me on a day without it, you would think you ran into my evil twin brother or something. The mood swings are serious, and probably even more so than a woman going through her time of the month.

Yeah. Coffee is that powerful.

So, let’s celebrate it! After all, it has been there for us during our trying times.

I enjoy a wide variety of coffee, but my go to has always been Starbucks. America may run on Dunkin, but you can’t let me go a week (or you know, two days) without a grande  four pump caramel macchiato steamed to kids temp with a double shot of espresso extra foam.

Phew. Sorry, baristas.

This time of year, I’m usually all about the PSL, and for those of you unfamiliar with the lingo, thats a Pumpkin Spice Latte. This season, however, Starbucks introduced a drink to us that is even more amazing and I can’t seem to put it down.

Fall_Cups_2017_2.jpgThis warm blend of espresso and steamed milk, combined with hints of maple and pecan, is certainly all the rage this season. With each delightful sip, it’s as if Autumn just exploded in your mouth or something. It’s the perfect way to start your day, or even perk it up in the afternoon as you’re relaxing in the leaves.

Coffee. It’s what makes us more productive humans. Today we celebrate the very drink that continues to empower us as we sit through endless boring boardroom meetings that we don’t truly want to be in, but that coffee makes it all the more better.

Thank-you, coffee. We salute you.
